Missing Inspection

It is possible to inspect omissions in various ways, such as whether there is soup powder in the cup noodle container, whether or not a drinking straw is attached, and fixed quantity in the snack box.
The IPRISM vision system can be customized for the manufacturing process environment, such as conveyor lines, rotary lines, and multi-bac lines.

  • Inspection for missing straw/toilet paper handles

    Milk cartons, soymilk cartons, and juice cartons can be inspected for missing straws or toilet paper handles.

  • Inspection for missing a ramen soup

    It is possible to inspect whether the cup noodle container is missing a ramen soup.
