IXT-Series

IXT-Sereis is a field-customized vision inspection system that can prevent irregular reflection of
external light such as pouches and film wrappers.
It is possible to increase the accuracy of vision inspection by installing a specially manufactured tunnel-type dome light in
an equipment box manufactured for each site-specific process line.

By installing a specially made tool box on the conveyor belt,
it helps to avoid being affected by the external environment during vision inspection.
In addition, by installing box lighting, uniform light with high surface roughness and no shadows is irradiated to the inspection object.
Therefore, it is suitable for inspecting products with glossy and curved surfaces.
