Time-based maintenance (TBM)

The TBM system performs maintenance on equipment in each process line according to a schedule.
Managers add schedules for parts or assemblies that
include regularly performed inspections and maintenance of process equipment.
Then, the operator checks the work contents to be inspected according to the schedule of the TBM system (eg weekly, monthly, quarterly),
checks and records the completion.
Therefore, with the TBM system, maintenance can be planned in advance, and maintenance for equipment can be predicted and prevented.

Application case
